Ingredients
Fresh strawberries
Louisiana cane sugar
Louisiana Cream cheese
- 1.) Pour or Place your fresh farmer market or garden grown strawberries into a bowl.
- 2.) Wash each strawberry clean of debris and dirty with a little bit of French Marseille soap.
- 3.) Rinse the fresh strawberries thorough.
- 4.) Cut the stems off each strawberry.
- 5.) Discard the stems into the garbage or compost.
- 6.) Gently slice vertically each strawberry in half.
- 7.) Sprinkle a tablespoon of Louisiana cane sugar onto the fresh strawberries.
- 8.) Gently with your hand or a large kitchen spoon, stir the strawberries to evenly incorporate the cane sugar onto the strawberries.
- 10.) Place a cup worth of Louisiana cane sugar strawberries into a bowl.
- 11.) Carefully clean the sides and lip of the bowl.
- 12.) Open the container of Louisiana creole cream cheese or homemade Louisiana creole cream cheese.
- 13.) With a clean serving spoon, stir the creole cream cheese until it is cream and settled liquids at the top of cream cheese is incorporated back into the cream cheese.
- 14.) Spoon and settle on top of the cane sugared strawberries with Louisiana creole cream cheese.
- 15.) Serve. Ét Voilà.
