Ingredients

Fresh strawberries

Louisiana cane sugar

Louisiana Cream cheese



  • Kitchen Utensils
  • Large bowls
  • paring knife
  • 1 cup measuring cup
  • 1 tablespoon
  • Clean kitchen towel
  • Cooking spoon
  • Serving spoon


    1. 1.) Pour or Place your fresh farmer market or garden grown strawberries into a bowl.


      2.) Wash each strawberry clean of debris and dirty with a little bit of French Marseille soap.


      3.) Rinse the fresh strawberries thorough.


      4.) Cut the stems off each strawberry.


      5.) Discard the stems into the garbage or compost.


      6.) Gently slice vertically each strawberry in half.


      7.) Sprinkle a tablespoon of Louisiana cane sugar onto the fresh strawberries.


      8.) Gently with your hand or a large kitchen spoon, stir the strawberries to evenly incorporate the cane sugar onto the strawberries.


      10.) Place a cup worth of Louisiana cane sugar strawberries into a bowl.


      11.) Carefully clean the sides and lip of the bowl.


      12.) Open the container of Louisiana creole cream cheese or homemade Louisiana creole cream cheese.


      13.) With a clean serving spoon, stir the creole cream cheese until it is cream and settled liquids at the top of cream cheese is incorporated back into the cream cheese.


      14.) Spoon and settle on top of the cane sugared strawberries with Louisiana creole cream cheese.


      15.) Serve. Ét Voilà.
